Beautiful and Edible
Working with our artist-in-residence, we create art that’s also edible. Sometimes we draw inspiration from local scenes, sometimes from events, and other times we make chocolate masterpieces based on actual masterpieces.
We also paint and sculpt commissions for weddings and events – always beautiful and always delicious.
About the Artist-in-Residence
Classically trained in traditional realist oil painting, Katherine Donovan combined her love for chocolate and her art background into something quite unique… edible chocolate art. Katherine has had the pleasure of working with the Currier Museum of Art for the NH Magazine’s Bride Spring Edition to create a dessert piece of Edmund Tarbell’s “Mercie Cutting Flowers” on an edible chocolate mosaic. As Artist-in-Residence at La Cascade Du Chocolat, she applies her creativity and fine art background painting with cocoa butter on chocolate.
