A granite slab. A few spatulas. A thermometer. That’s the equipment we use to create our chocolate bars, bonbons, truffles, and other confections. It gives us a special connection to everything we produce, and we want to share our love for chocolate with you.
Kind of like a Coffee Shop, But with Chocolate Instead
When chocolate first became popular as a drink, “chocolate houses” sprang up in Europe and the American colonies as places to meet up, chat with friends, and enjoy a cup of warm drinking chocolate. Our menu is a little bigger than that, but that’s the kind of experience we want to bring to Exeter and the rest of New Hampshire.
